Stall Holders And Food Vendors Registration Form

The Mid Canterbury Vintage Machinery Club of Ashburton invites Stall Holders and Food Vendors to attend our 2027 Wheat and Wheels Rally.

Please register online here, or alternatively, download a registration form by clicking on the link. We encourage you to register for both days, Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th April. After you have registered you will be contacted and supplied with bank account details for site payment. Receipt of payment will confirm your site.

All site holders must comply with current Health and Safety regulations.

Food Vendors operating as a business must be registered as required under the Food Safety Act 2014.

Site holders needing power to supply your own generator.
